H. H. Orr, Howard B. Roy, W. F. Billingsley, R. R. Platt, and Chas. G. Kemble, in behalf of themselves and 565 other persons, brought this action against Charles H. Albers, Receiver of the Chicago Bank of Commerce, in the District Court of Wagoner County, Oklahoma. The receiver removed the action to the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, the receiver has appealed.
